Job summary

Roseville Care Center in Roseville, CA is hiring full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to lead nursing operations during PM and NOC shifts and deliver resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active, California RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum two years nursing experience; long-term care preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for serving seniors with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your assigned shift.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to LVNs and CNAs.
• Deliver exceptional resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting.
• Participate in care planning, quality assurance, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Assist with staff education and mentoring.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and staff.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
