Job summary

Roseville Care Center in Roseville, CA is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise daily nursing operations and lead LVNs and CNAs while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting.

The role requires a California RN license, CPR, and 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in LTC. Starting pay is $50.00/hour DOE with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for serving seniors with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing operations during your assigned shift.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Deliver exceptional resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and charting.
• Participate in care planning, quality assurance, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Assist with staff education and mentoring.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents and staff.
