Job summary

White Blossom Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in California. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality resident care.

As an RN, you will support residents and families with empathy, document care accurately, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Support CNAs and LVNs with guidance and clinical leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming care environment.

Compensation: $46-$53 per hour

Shift

• AM PM and NOC shifts

About the Role

As a RN, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional clinical care for our residents. You will assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and support residents and families with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Monitor and document resident conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Support CNAs and LVNs with guidance and clinical leadership
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming care environment

Qualifications

Schedule

• Full time 4 on 2 off
