Children's Home of Reading Youth, Family Services offers a Full-Time, Part-Time Nurse Home Visitor- BSN position covering the Berks, Pottsville area as part of our Community Prevention Partnership Program.
Join a team of Nurse-Home Visitors who partner with first‑time mothers through pregnancy and continue seeing them and their babies until the child is 2 years. Build a relationship with clients that challenges you to have important conversations to improve birth outcomes, child growth, development, and support clients with personal goals to change their life course. Manage approximately 25 cases, visit twice a month, and create your own full‑time schedule.
Salary ranges from $60,000 to $64,000 based on experience and location.
Sign‑on bonus available for bilingual Spanish/English proficient nurses.
Hourly PT rate varies based on experience and location.
