Job summary

McClure Post Acute is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the full-time AM shift in Oakland, California. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, coordinate resident services, and ensure the health and well-being of our residents.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time AM Shift

McClure Post Acute

Pay Rate: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

McClure Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis for the AM shift. The RN plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care, coordinating resident services, and ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and policies
• Participate in care planning meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
