Job summary

Terrace Glen Village in Marion, IA is hiring a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home setting, ensuring their highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being. You will assist with activities of daily living as outlined in care plans and complete documentation of resident care as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents to support physical, mental and emotional well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living as outlined in each resident's care plan.
• Complete documentation of resident care as assigned.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines in nursing care.
• Attend facility meetings and in-service training as required.
• Report changes in resident condition immediately to the Charge Nurse.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity and promote positive relations.
