Job summary

Extended Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality-driven care to residents in our Extended Care affiliated facility. RNs will guide nursing assistants, administer medications, and participate in daily rounds to ensure safety and compassion in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies.
• Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

RN Requirements:
