Job summary

Extended Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time position at our Illinois facility. You will lead nursing assistants, ensure accurate documentation, and administer medications within established policies to provide high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
• Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer in accordance with policies

• Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment

RN Requirements:
