Chateau-Nursing-and-Reha in Illinois is seeking dedicated RNs to deliver quality-driven care within an Extended Care affiliated facility. You will lead nursing assistants, maintain documentation, administer medications, and perform daily rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

• Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

RN Requirements:

• Active Nursing License as required by the state
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliant with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Ability to positively relate to residents and visitors
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, able to handle stress, and maintain professionalism
• Must be energetic, professional, and reliable
