Job summary

Lemont-Nursing-and-Rehab in Illinois is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents. Eligible candidates may qualify for CMS incentives up to $50,000 in the Nurses for Nursing Homes program.

• Oversee and direct nursing assistants.

Eligible candidates must meet program requirements, including working at least 30 hours per week and committing to three years of service.
