Job summary

Patewood Post Acute in Greenville, SC is looking for an Admissions Nurse, RN (Healthcare) to join our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab team. You will complete patient intake and initial assessments while ensuring compliance with Local, State, and Federal standards through available QA programs.

Qualifications

• Must maintain continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in SC.

• Experience with PCC preferred.

Successful candidates will have the following:

Your day to day:

As Admissions Nurse/ Supervisor you will complete patient intake and initial assessments. You will assist in maintaining rules and regulations in accordance with Local, State, and Federal standards by conducting assessments of residents' mental and physical health, maintaining reference materials, and participating in quality assurance programs.
