Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Grand Rapids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 1:1 homecare with pediatric or adult patients. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and you must hold an active LPN license, a current TB test or chest X-ray, and a current BLS card. Maxim provides competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
