Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 inpatient homecare in Battle Creek, MI, serving pediatric or adult patients in their homes. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules in a 1:1 setting.

You will assess and plan patient care using the nursing process, perform skilled nursing services per orders, and monitor changes in patient condition while documenting findings and nursing diagnoses for ongoing care teams.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
