Qualifications

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience.
• Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care addressing residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
• Receive and transcribe orders promptly; ensure telephone order forms are complete.
• Notify physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; enforce policies and regulations.
• Complete all admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as needed.

Job Description
