Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and oversee resident needs in a collaborative setting.

You will administer medications, document thoroughly, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and participate in care planning to support resident comfort and safety. Along with competitive pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SC RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures safely.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in care planning meetings with interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate resident status updates to physicians and families.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
