St. James Manor & Villas in Illinois is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver quality-driven care in an Extended Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete required documentation for resident admission, discharge, and transfer, ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established policies.
• Conduct daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

RN Requirements

• Active Nursing License as required by the state
