Job summary

White Pine Senior Living is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor for the Cottage Grove II location. This full-time role reports to the leadership team and oversees care staff across AM/PM shifts to ensure high-quality service for residents and families.

You will complete pre-screens and assessments, follow physician orders, train staff, maintain clinical systems, and ensure survey readiness. Experience in memory care is a plus, and a Minnesota RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Minnesota RN license required and active.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience in assisted living/memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead care team to provide high-quality service to residents and families.
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on residents.
• Follow physician orders and coordinate with the AL Director and admissions.
• Provide ongoing staff training and maintain clinical systems for accurate data entry.
• Ensure survey readiness at all times and maintain professional communication.
• Assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses as needed.

RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor responsibilities may include:

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
• Follow up to physician’s orders
• Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
• Provide on-going training to staff
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
• Ensure survey readiness at all times
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.
• Able to critically think and problem solve
• Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Positive attitude.
