Job summary

Regency Oaks in Florida is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team on the 11pm-7am shift. This part-time role focuses on providing attentive care, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the care team to meet individualized needs.

You will work closely with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care, delegate and supervise CNAs, and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

Position: RN – Skilled Nursing

• Available Shifts: 11pm-7am (Part-time)

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You’ll Need

• A current RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
