Job summary

Harborview-Pierce-County is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead nursing staff and manage patient care in our community facility.

You will ensure accurate medical records, coordinate with physicians, and uphold resident rights while complying with regulations. This role emphasizes ethical practice, coordination of care, and maintaining staffing levels to support quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with 3-5 years nursing home experience
• In-depth knowledge of medical records management
• Proficiency in shift management and scheduling
• Familiarity with supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices
• Anatomy knowledge for patient assessment
• Experience in hospice care and acute care settings
