Job summary

Harborview-Health-System in Georgia seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead nursing staff and shape care delivery. You will supervise hiring, training and evaluations, and implement policies to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will coordinate with physicians, manage staffing, uphold resident rights, and ensure HIPAA/compliance standards while applying anatomy knowledge to patient assessments and care plans. Experience in hospice and acute care strengthens candidacy.

Qualifications

• RN with 3–5 years of nursing home experience.
• In-depth knowledge of medical records management.
• Proficiency in shift management and scheduling.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and collaborating with physicians.
• Understanding of resident rights and ethical practices.
• Comprehensive anatomy knowledge for patient assessment.
• Experience in hospice care and acute care settings.
