Job summary

Linley Park Post Acute – Anderson, SC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for part-time weekend shifts. Work Saturday and Sunday, 12-hour shifts, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, and maintain accurate documentation in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
