Job summary

Amrize invites motivated undergraduates to join the RMX Project Engineering Intern program for Summer 2027 in Plano, TX. This 10-week paid internship focuses on hands-on learning in concrete mix design, quality control, and field operations, with opportunities to travel between local sites.

You will work with the Ready Mix team, supported by mentors, and present your findings to executive leadership at the program's end. Strong engineering fundamentals and field readiness are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hands-on learning of site procedures, production and maintenance activities.
• Assist in optimizing concrete mix designs to meet project specs.
• Support testing and inspection of concrete samples for quality control.
• Attend site visits with supervisors to observe and learn field practices.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and data collection for project insights.
• Present learnings and contributions to leadership at internship end.
