Job summary

Lockheed Martin in the San Diego area is seeking an Operations Program Manager to support RMS production operations at the La Mesa, MX factory. You will own cost, schedule, and quality for assigned programs and lead IPTs to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires proven project management experience, knowledge of manufacturing processes, EVMS practices, and strong collaboration across engineering, sourcing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Prior Project Management experience and ability to manage multiple programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and EVMS practices and compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and performance metric creation.

Responsibilities

• Set up budgets for labor and material and manage earned value.
• Lead proposals and basis-of-estimates (BOEs).
• Drive new program launches and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate IPTs to achieve quality and schedule targets.
• Develop production-startup requirements and update schedules.
• Support internal process improvements and program reviews.
