Qualifications

• Prior Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Understanding of EVMS practices, principles, compliance regulations.
• Highly proficient in MS Office suite to include performance metric creation.
• Ability to develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily priorities.
• Experience coordinating tasks and actions with multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Support RMS production operations and own quality, cost, and schedule for assigned programs.
• Set up manufacturing budgets (labor and material) and execute EV requirements.
• Lead proposals, including basis-of-estimates (BOEs).
• Lead new program launches and guide team through end-item material delivery.
• Lead IPT to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery.
• Analyze and update program schedules.
• Lead IPT to develop production-startup requirements.
• Execute existing production lines.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements.
• Support programmatic and technical reviews and meetings.
