Job summary

Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks an experienced RMO Program Supervisor IV to lead records management programs within the Records Management Office. You will guide policy development, oversee retention schedules, and provide expert training to agency staff and Records Coordinators.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance monitoring, and cross-team collaboration across IT, legal, and program areas.

Qualifications

• Three years of records management, information governance, or related operations experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating staff, and reviewing work when designated.
• Ability to interpret policies, rules, and retention requirements for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day program operations for RMO activities and coordinate staff work.
• Develop, implement, and monitor records management policies, guidance, and training.
• Coordinate retention schedules, legal holds, and disposition in collaboration with partners.
• Deliver training and provide technical guidance to staff and stakeholders.
• Evaluate program activities and report on performance and outcomes.
