Job summary

Swift Transportation is seeking a qualified IT professional to support risk management software (RMIS). The role focuses on maintaining stable RMIS operations, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely reports to the Risk Management department in Phoenix, AZ.

Starting at $50,000 annually, the candidate will work on system enhancements, participate in upgrades, and contribute to efficient department operations within a large transportation company.

Qualifications

• Experience with Risk Management Information Systems (STARS RMIS preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for system issues.
• Good communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support risk management software to meet department needs.
• Monitor RMIS functionality and ensure data transfers from RMIS to RMIS are correct; respond to RMIS emails.
• Perform system modifications to enhance functionality and support upgrades.
• Generate and distribute risk management reports on request.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
