Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years of professional related experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and updates Risk Management Information System (RMIS), including importing and exporting data from various internal UNT IT systems.
• Develops and implements functionality within RMIS system, including creation of reporting tools and user dashboards.
• Responsible for RMIS end user training and system support. Documents workflow processes as directed. Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for RMIS administrator as well as Insurance and Claims RMIS user manual.
• Acts as the primary point of contact between Risk Management Services and external insurance broker (HUB) on RMIS issues
• Provides analytical support to Director, Insurance and Claims in the areas of internal premium allocations; annual validation and updates of insurance exposure information and claim trend analysis
• Assists with and/or coordinates special projects for the Insurance/Claims section, including developing and maintaining written procedures and forms.
• Gathers and analyzes relevant data for various projects and reports, including eligibility verification for enrollment in Student Health Insurance Plan.
