Responsibilities

• Administer RMIS data and collaborate on system improvements.
• Oversee the BCS insurance certificate tracking and vendor renewals.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Report claims activity; coordinate with TPAs and loss reporting.
• Process insurance invoices in Matrix and record transactions.
• Support policy placements and prepare KPI reports.
