Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an on-site RME Planner - Technician (RMEP-T) to execute high-volume inventory management and support MHE maintenance. You will perform technician duties about 50% of the time, report to site management, and assist with procurement and 5S inventory tasks.

Minimum 2+ years in MHE repair and preventive maintenance, with CMMS experience, and strong MS Office skills. This role demands a flexible schedule and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing MHE or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines and troubleshoot MHE systems.
• Create, assign, and close work orders; track inventory.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships.
• Vendor management assistance, inventory control activities, procurement support, and project support.
