Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an on-site RMEP-T (Technician/Inventory Management) to execute high-volume inventory tasks and support site technicians. The role reports to site management with dotted oversight from the Regional RMEP, balancing technician duties with inventory responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in MHE maintenance, blueprint reading, and CMMS proficiency, plus a flexible schedule. Compensation will reflect market rates, and benefits are included where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing MHE or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment.
• Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance routines and troubleshoot MHE systems.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close work orders; track inventory.
• Support: Mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive working relationships.
• RMEP Support: Vendor management assistance, inventory control activities, procurement support, and project support.
