Job summary

JLL is seeking an RME Planner to join the Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team in Brookshire, TX. You will develop maintenance plans based on preventive and predictive maintenance data, audit work orders, and support a proactive RC M program to maximize uptime for material handling equipment.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, data collection, and coordinating with maintenance technicians and operations to minimize downtime while maintaining accurate equipment metadata and spare

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with enterprise asset management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 15% is required.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages.
• Coordinate and schedule proactive maintenance activities during downtime.
