Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations is seeking a Program Manager for the Senior Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) Planner within the Global Planning Team. You will own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects, craft plans, develop processes, coordinate execution and report to senior management on status and risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution settings.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level SME on the CMMS, train and assist planners and support network initiatives.
• Drive global standards roll-out in cross-country initiatives and participate in global led projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports; monitor standards via reports and audits.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance to make maintenance more effective.
• Compile equipment data, performance metrics and histories and recommend improvements to the network.
• Collaborate with the Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering network on cost reduction and process improvement for spare parts management and maintenance routines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
