Job summary

Amazon in Pflugerville, Texas is seeking an RME Planner to develop maintenance plans and schedules using preventive and predictive maintenance data. You will screen APM work orders, audit equipment, and estimate labor hours, materials, and tools for all work orders to support a reliability-centered maintenance program.

You will collaborate with maintenance management, service technicians, and vendors to plan and schedule proactive maintenance during downtime.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays.
• 1+ years using Microsoft Office in maintenance planning/scheduling.
• 1+ years of CMMS experience planning, scheduling and auditing facilities/maintenance.
• Travel up to 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Screen work orders and analyze scope to schedule maintenance.
• Audit equipment, order spare parts, and coordinate with vendors.
• Plan reliability improvement projects using drawings and specs.
• Drive proactive maintenance programs and maintain data in the maintenance cycle.
