Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualified applicants will have 2+ years in repair of material handling equipment and preventive maintenance experience; a high school diploma is required; ability to work nights, weekends, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• 2+ years of experience in repair of material handling equipment.
• 2+ years of experience with predictive and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain positive working relationships across Operations facilities.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Move up to 49lbs and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; travel up to 20%.
