Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking an Area Manager for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) to lead plant and operations teams across multiple locations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance. The role drives efficiency and customer service through planning and collaboration with sales, dispatch, and leaders.

Travel between locations is required as you champion safety, continuous improvement, and a strong workplace culture while monitoring metrics to improve profitability and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop plant and operations teams to achieve safety, quality, service, and performance objectives.

Work Environment

• Primarily work in ready-mix concrete plant and office environments with frequent travel between locations.
• Regular interaction with employees, customers, vendors, and operational leaders.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and other typical industrial environments.
• Must be able to visit operational sites and safely navigate active production and construction environments.

• Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900 annually and participation in our annual incentive plan.
