Job summary

Lehigh Hanson Inc. seeks a plant leader to oversee a daily ready mix operation in Brookshire, TX. You will drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and efficient production, coordinating people and equipment across shifts.

Job description

What Are We Looking For

Strong knowledge of ready mix operations, production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.

Ability to effectively prioritize work, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills with employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and continuous improvement practices.

Work is performed in a ready mix plant environment with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and vibration.

Requires the ability to inspect plant facilities, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials.

Schedule flexibility may be required to support operational and customer needs.

$75,000-$80,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
