Job summary

KIOSK Information Systems, Inc. in Louisville, CO is seeking an RMA Technician to evaluate, test and repair IT and POS devices used in self-service kiosks.

You will log findings into Salesforce, process parts in Sage ERP, and determine whether items should be repaired or scrapped, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking. Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2–3 years IT repair experience, working knowledge of Windows and MS Office, and the ability to read and write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years related IT/RMA experience.
• Fluent English; strong written/verbal communication.
• Good MS Office/Microsoft 365 skills.
• Experience with IT repair and handling sensitive components.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test and repair IT and POS devices including printers, LCD touchscreens and scanners.
• Organize returned components and maintain RMA stock records.
• Collaborate with Customer Service on component issues and repairs.
• Coordinate with suppliers for warranty parts and returns.
• Manage RMA lab inventory and data analysis for trends.
• Prepare images and configure computers for CS shipping needs.
• Use Salesforce and Sage ERP for RMA activities.
• Notify supervisor of quality problems or defects.
• Process returns to vendors for evaluation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
