Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training in electronics, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Experience in RMA receiving, bulk processing, product test, device analysis, and system transactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics using a structured approach and elevate when needed.
• Experience creating or maintaining process documents, work instructions, or training materials.
• Ability to train peers on standardized processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Preferred: Associate degree or technical training; CRM/ERP systems; Six Sigma/5S/root-cause analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and route returned products; perform bulk processing, labeling, packing, and inventory transactions.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot customer-returned hardware using hand tools, test equipment, and approved diagnostic methods.
• Test, verify, and rework products to production-level quality and specifications.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate, traceable RMA inventory records.
• Identify defects, recurring issues, and process gaps; elevate safety or operational concerns as needed.
• Create failure-analysis records and document symptoms, test results, repair actions, and dispositions clearly.
• Work with Vendors to coordinate repair and refurbishment of devices.
• Contribute to process documentation, continuous improvement activities, and operator training.
• Follow occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, 5S practices, and applicable material-handling standards.
