Astronics Connectivity Systems and Certification seeks an Aftermarket Services Program Manager to serve as the primary customer contact for aftermarket repairs and spares across the product life cycle. You will partner with the Sr.

Director of Operations to manage revenue, margins, and contractual adherence for assigned customers. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end RMA/BRMA processes, coordinating with the Repair Station CS, and driving cross-functional support to meet TAT and customer

Qualifications

• Essential duties provide exposure to customer engagement, financial management, RMA/BRMA processes, cross-functional coordination, and metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for aftermarket repairs and spares across the product life cycle.
• Manage revenue and margins for assigned customers' aftermarket programs.
• Own end-to-end RMA/BRMA process and coordinate with Repair Station CS for intake, evaluation, quoting, disposition and closure.
• Coordinate with Repair Station, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet turnaround time goals.
• Monitor repair backlog and escalations; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Forecast and plan spares; manage order fulfillment and reporting.
