Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking an RMA Coordinator to own the full picture of returns, RMAs, and vendor credits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will inspect returned inventory, determine disposition, and coordinate with Purchasing to secure RGAs while packing and shipping items back to vendors.

You will follow up on open credits, verify accuracy, and maintain precise records, ensuring aging returns are addressed promptly. This role supports inventory counts and audits as needed.

Qualifications

• One+ years in warehouse, inventory, or returns processing.
• Experience with vendor returns, RMAs, or inventory reconciliation is a plus.
• Comfort with inventory systems, scanners, and everyday computer apps.
• Sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and see open items through to the end.
• Able to read return docs and packing slips.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full picture of returns, RMAs, and vendor credits

• Pack and ship returned materials back to vendors
• Follow up on open returns and credits until each one is resolved

• Keep the returns staging area and filing system organized
• Watch the reports for aging returns and take action before they stall
• Pitch in on inventory counts, audits, and process improvement projects
• Lend a hand in the warehouse during peak periods

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience (preferred)
• Experience with vendor returns, RMAs, inventory reconciliation, or similar work is a plus
• Comfort with inventory systems, scanners, and everyday computer applications
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize and see open items through to the end
• Confidence reading return documentation, packing slips, and related paperwork
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and also team up with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, vendors, and warehouse staff
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a warehouse environment
