Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co. is seeking an RMA Coordinator in Lexington to own returns, RMAs, and vendor credits. You will inspect returned items, create vendor returns, and coordinate with Purchasing to obtain RGAs.

You will also pack and ship returns, verify credits, and maintain accurate records while supporting warehouse operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse/returns processing experience.
• Experience with vendor returns, RMAs or inventory reconciliation is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Comfort with inventory systems, scanners, and everyday computer applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full picture of returns, RMAs, and vendor credits.
• Inspect returned inventory and decide disposition for each item.
• Create and process vendor returns in our systems.
• Work with vendors and Purchasing to secure return authorizations (RGAs).
• Pack and ship returned materials back to vendors.
• Follow up on open returns and credits until resolved.
• Verify vendor credits and chase down discrepancies.
• Submit supporting documentation and keep records clean.
• Keep the returns staging area and filing system organized.
• Watch reports for aging returns and take action early.
• Participate in inventory counts, audits, and process improvements.
• Lend a hand in the warehouse during peak periods.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of warehouse, inventory, or returns processing experience (preferred)
• Experience with vendor returns, RMAs, inventory reconciliation, or similar work is a plus
• Comfort with inventory systems, scanners, and everyday computer applications
• A sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• The ability to prioritize and see open items through to the end
• Confidence reading return documentation, packing slips, and related paperwork
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and also team up with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, vendors, and warehouse staff
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in a warehouse environment
