Responsibilities

• Test returned equipment, including electrical testing, to diagnose issues and verify functionality.
• Document and report findings for each tested item.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to manage the RMA process.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of all company assets.
• Track the movement and status of equipment across sites.
• Prepare and submit required paperwork and reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure workflow.
