  • Failure Analysis: Lead Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify system vulnerabilities and mission-critical failure points.
  • Data Trending: Analyze field performance data and maintenance records to calculate Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
  • Availability Assessments: Conduct operational availability (Ao) simulations to determine the impact of component reliability and supply chain logistics on fleet readiness.
  • Maintainability Studies: Evaluate system designs for ease of maintenance, accessibility, and the effectiveness of built-in test (BIT) capabilities.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive RM&A reports for Navy program offices to support design reviews, lifecycle sustainment, and “Life-of-Type” buy decisions.
