SEACORP is seeking an experienced RM&A Specialist - Maritime Navigation in Norfolk, VA. This role involves performing engineering analyses to ensure operational readiness of naval navigation systems. Responsibilities include reliability modeling, failure analysis, and preparing comprehensive reports for design reviews. Candidates should have a BS in Engineering, familiarity with NAVSEA standards, and relevant experience in logistics or naval maintenance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Reliability, Electrical, or Systems Engineering preferred.
• Master’s and Level 3 Logistics certification desired.
• Experience in DOD life cycle logistics or naval maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability modeling and maintain reliability block diagrams.
• Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.
• Analyze performance data and maintenance records for reliability metrics.
• Perform operational availability simulations.
• Prepare comprehensive RM&A reports for Navy program offices.
