The Whitefish Riverfront Hotel (Averill Hospitality) is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and maintain guest rooms to upscale standards. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, restocking amenities, and ensuring daily housekeeping duties are completed with professionalism.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($20-$25 DOE) and employee perks including $50 room rates at other properties and discounts at our spa, restaurant, and retail outlets in Whitefish, Montana.

Qualifications

• Operating housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, maid cart, etc.
• Ability and willingness to adhere to all Averill Hospitality policies and ensure departmental personnel compliance.
• Must maintain a positive influence in the community and positive relations with area vendors.
• Teamwork—balances team and individual responsibilities, openness to others' views, and prioritizes the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
• Use of Maid Cart when cleaning rooms as well as maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
• Emptying garbage, removing linens and towel.
• Remaking bed with fresh linens and restocking room with towels, amenities, etc.
• Reports necessary maintenance issues to Front Office so a work order is made.
• Follows departmental policies and procedures.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
