Job summary

Barberry at Sítio El Tropicano is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead Prado Provisions and the café, grab-and-go, and retail spaces. This role drives coffee program execution, guest service excellence, team leadership, scheduling support, inventory, merchandising, cash controls, and day-to-day financial performance.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of café/restaurant hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong barista skills and beverage preparation knowledge.
• Proven ability to coach, schedule, and develop hourly staff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and guest-recovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café service with consistent, welcoming hospitality across shifts.
• Supervise the café team, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee coffee and beverage program, ensure quality and recipe compliance.
• Manage grab-and-go, pastry, and retail operations for freshness and display.
• Maintain inventory, cost control, and vendor coordination within policy.
