Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Risk Technology Manager to lead ServiceNow IRM architecture and end-to-end risk projects across client engagements. You will drive design, build, and deployment while mentoring team members and supporting pursuits.

You will leverage Risk technology capabilities to mature clients' governance, risk, and compliance programs and guide cross-functional teams through complex solutions and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, or BCM solutions/use cases.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience and relevant certifications.
• Certification in ServiceNow CSA and GRC fundamentals or equivalents are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk technology projects, including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Develop resources and coach onshore and offshore team members.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships.
