Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of IRM/BCM/TPRM experience.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Certification in ServiceNow and related GRC disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Risk Technology engagements including ServiceNow IRM architecture and deployment.
• Coach and develop onshore/offshore team members and manage projects with clients.
• Support business development: proposals, statements of work, pricing, and client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality work products within time and budget constraints.
• Present solutions and value to clients using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Align risk programs with client ecosystems and integrations.
