Job summary

EY is seeking a Risk Technology Manager in Risk Consulting to lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations and other GRC platforms. You will manage projects, coach teams onshore and offshore, and contribute to business development through proposals and client relationships.

The role emphasizes architecture, governance, and delivering measurable risk insights within EY’s hybrid working model across diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a CSA and GRC Fundamentals is preferred.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow IRM functionality and integrations.
• Exposure to Governance, Risk and Compliance principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Risk Technology projects, including architecture, design, build and deployment.
• Develop resources and mentor junior consultants on the team.
• Support business development: proposals, LOE/pricing, and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and project delivery within scope and budget.
• Present solutions and facilitate client demonstrations of ServiceNow IRM and other GRC tools.
• Drive quality work products and ensure risk management and engagement governance.
