Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Risk Technology Manager to lead ServiceNow IRM architecture and delivery across client engagements. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage end-to-end projects, and support business development while maintaining high-quality risk and compliance programs.

You will work with cutting-edge GRC platforms, mentor junior consultants, and drive value through innovative risk solutions in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow IRM/TPRM/BCM.
• Master's degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Certification from ServiceNow (CSA) and GRC Fundamentals or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Risk Technology engagements including architecture, design, build, and deployment.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams on ServiceNow IRM and other GRC solutions.
• Direct business development activities: proposals, SOWs, and client relationships.
